Can Claude track employee leave?

Partly. Claude can count days off from a list you paste, draft a leave policy and, with code execution on (the default on Free, Pro and Max), build a leave tracker spreadsheet. That file changes only when you ask for a new version, so requests, approvals and balances live in whichever copy you saved last. No. It counts every day in the range you give, so book a week off as Monday to Friday.

Employees, requests, approvals, balances and the who is out view are free with no request limit. Pro is $19 once for the Leave server, or $39 once for all 49 servers. It adds bulk import of requests from CSV and an .ics calendar export of approved leave.
Is the server free?
The hosted Leave server has a free tier. A free token lasts 30 days and allows 600 calls an hour, with no account. Some features are Pro, and the server page lists what is free and what is not.
