Can Claude keep a supplier list?

Partly. Claude can draft a supplier table, and Projects and memory can hold notes about who you buy from. With code execution on (the default on Free, Pro and Max) it can also write the table to a spreadsheet. What it does not keep is one directory that every chat reads and updates by supplier number. Connect the Supplier List server (free token) and Claude adds each supplier with a SUP number, contact, payment terms and lead time, finds them again by name or category, and exports the list as CSV.

What is free, and what does Pro add?
Ten suppliers, search and the CSV export are free, and removing a supplier frees its slot. Pro is $19 once for the Supplier List server, or $39 once for all 49 servers. It adds the due-review report of stale records and the Markdown export.
Does it place orders?
No. It keeps the directory. Numbered purchase orders are a separate job for the Billing Docs server.
Is the server free?
The hosted Supplier List server has a free tier. A free token lasts 30 days and allows 600 calls an hour, with no account. Some features are Pro, and the server page lists what is free and what is not.
