Does RAP count for PSLF?
Yes. On-time RAP payments count toward Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and so do payments under the 10-year Standard plan. Tiered Standard payments do not (20 U.S.C. 1087e(m)(1)(A), as amended by P.L. 119-21 sec. 82004).
