What you get
Book a three-city call
Rachel Kim, account manager in New York working with London and Warsaw
| Tool call | What it did |
|---|---|
| find_meeting_slots | Ranks slots inside everyone's hours with a fairness score |
| ics_create | Writes a .ics file with the start stored in UTC |
Best slot: 10:00 New York, 15:00 London, 16:00 Warsaw (15:00 UTC). An .ics file path is returned, ready to attach to the email.
Ask what time it is for a client, when your working hours overlap, or which slot is fair for everyone on a call. It knows daylight saving dates, so a call doesn't quietly move by an hour in March or October. It can write a .ics invite that lands at the right time in any calendar.

From 14 to 28 March 2027 the gap is 5 hours, not 6, so the call is at 11:00 in Chicago instead of 10:00. James warns the client two weeks ahead.
