Will a banking app read the payment QR?

The SEPA QR follows the EPC format that many EU banking apps scan. Test one with your own bank app before you print a batch.

Is SVG good enough to print?

Yes. SVG has no fixed resolution, so it prints sharp at any size. PNG is the Pro option.
