Track employee leave in chat

Small teams track leave in a shared spreadsheet until two people book the same week. Owners and HR staff want requests, approvals, balances and 'who is out' in one place they can ask in plain words.

Claude can do leave math, but it keeps no records. The Leave server stores employees and allowances, handles requests and approvals, shows each balance and lists who is out in any date range. Pro adds CSV import and calendar export.

Without a tool, and with the tool

Without a tool

Claude can calculate a leave balance from numbers you give it. It keeps no record of employees, requests or approvals, and it can't tell you who is out next week.

With Leave

Leave stores employees with their allowance, creates and approves requests, shows each balance with carry-over and pending days, and lists who is out in a date range. Pro adds CSV import and an .ics export of approved leave.
