Free tier needs no key. See the exact limits.

What you get

One approval process for every purchase

Agnieszka Nowak, operations lead at a 25-person software house in Wroclaw

Report
Tool callWhat it did
purchase-requisition_createCreates CL-0001 'Purchase request' in category purchasing
purchase-requisition_item_addAdds the four required steps, I01 to I04
purchase-requisition_showShows the checklist in order with 4 required steps

A reusable checklist the whole team runs the same way for every request.

Example from "One approval process for every purchase". Invented names, real math from the tools.

Build a purchase request checklist once: the items to confirm, which ones are required, and notes. Each time someone asks to buy something, start a dated run, mark every step pass, fail or n/a, and have the approver sign it off. You get a plain-text record of who checked what and who approved it.

Made for Office managers, Small business owners, Finance approvers

3 requests, start to finish

Example chats. Each one uses real tools of this server, named as they run. The people and firms are made up.

Example done on the free tier. Doing this every week? Pro removes the limit for $19, once. Free vs Pro

  1. Example 1 · Agnieszka Nowak, operations lead at a 25-person software house in WroclawOne approval process for every purchase

Make a purchase request checklist: budget code given, 3 quotes attached, supplier on our list, amount under 10,000 PLN or CFO approval. All required.
    • purchase-requisition_create Creates CL-0001 'Purchase request' in category purchasing
    • purchase-requisition_item_add Adds the four required steps, I01 to I04
    • purchase-requisition_show Shows the checklist in order with 4 required steps

A reusable checklist the whole team runs the same way for every request.

Saves about 20 min (our estimate)

  2. Example 2 · Daniel Price, office manager at a law firm in ManchesterApprove a monitor order

Start a purchase request run for 6 Dell monitors, 1,140 GBP, reference PO-2211. Budget code and quotes are fine, supplier is on our list, under limit.
    • run_start Starts RUN-2026-0014 with the checklist steps copied in
    • run_check Marks each of the four steps pass, by Daniel, dated today
    • run_sign_off Signs the run off as Sarah Lewis, partner, which freezes it

A signed, frozen record of the 1,140 GBP order with every check and the approver's name.

Saves about 10 min (our estimate)

  3. Example 3 · Felix Braun, finance assistant at a design studio in MunichSee what blocks an approval

Show run RUN-2026-0031 for the 2,400 EUR laptop request and give me the report.
    • run_show Shows one failed step: only 2 of 3 quotes attached, so it can't be signed off
    • run_report Returns the run as plain text with every mark, note and counts

A text report that shows the missing third quote, so the request goes back to the requester.

Saves about 8 min (our estimate)

Questions

Does it total the cost of the purchase?
No. It records checklist steps, their marks and a sign-off. Put the amount in the run reference or notes.
Can a signed run be changed?
No. A sign-off freezes the run, and a signed-off run can't be deleted.
Are runs limited on the free tier?
No. Runs are never capped, and the free tier keeps 3 checklists.
