OpenAI's Outlook Calendar app lets ChatGPT read events and availability, and some actions need your Microsoft admin to approve them. It can't change events.
The Calendar server doesn't connect to Outlook. It reads an .ics file you export from Outlook (File, Save Calendar), finds double bookings across calendars, shows free gaps and writes chosen events to a new .ics you can import back into Outlook. To try it in ChatGPT on the web, where your plan or workspace allows custom MCP servers, get a free token at mcp.zovo.one/mcp/connect and add mcp.zovo.one/mcp/calendar/t/<token> as a server with No authentication. We haven't tested this in ChatGPT yet.
